How to get deeper richer colors from computer display- Nvidia video card users only!

Right click on Desktop and open the Nvidia Control Panel.

Under the Change Resolution setting scroll down the right side panel till you see the Output Dynamic Range pulldown menu.

By default its set to Limited. Change it to Full!

Also make sure Output Color Depth setting above is set to the highest bpc setting.

Click Apply at the bottom- you should immediately see a difference in colors.

Best 1080p gameplay/video/desktop capture software for low-end PC!

I have a low end PC- Dual-core Pentium with just 4GB RAM and Nvidia GT610 GPU and an SSD.

Trying to find a gameplay capture software that records gameplay at 1080p smoothly with such low specs is a bitch. Apps such as OBS, Fraps and numerous other I've tried and forgotten cannot capture smooth gameplay at 1080p without a powerhouse PC.

Except this- Bandicam. Simple and easy interface with lots of options. Try it- its the best I am come across.

PEO TV Forum- share your Sri Lanka Telecom PEOTV experiences good or bad!

So I have ordered a PEO TV connection due to SLT's free connection promotion as well as giving the first month free (trying to outdo Netflix).

Hope they have ironed out their image corruption issues they had earlier.

NASA released this video recently, made using images from the Dawn spacecraft in orbit around Ceres.

This is Enhanced color NOT False color- so however much you enhance grey- grey will always be grey. So not much difference if seen through the naked eye.

Tourists/ Travellers to Sri Lanka Beware! Foreign cards not accepted in most Sri Lankan banks' ATM machines!

A recent development in the Sri Lankan banking sector is the trend towards rejection of Foreign credit and debit cards for use in local banks' ATM cash dispensers!

So anyone planning to travel to Sri Lanka are advised to bring lots of cash in hand or traveller's checks! Or better yet just go somewhere else! Sri Lanka is wasteland of muck, crap and rabid animals and the ugliest people on the planet!

Sri Lankan politicians in the Ministry of Finance don't much care for the ease of use afforded by giving foreigners access to the local ATM machines otherwise they would not have implemented this radical restriction. All they care about is stuffing their fat guts from the coffers of bribes they receive for favors.

Local freelancers who receive payments in US Dollars via the Payoneer card system are also in the same boat as these poor foreigners! This I believe is a Government ploy to make freelancers find local jobs! Make them slave away for a few Rupees instead of the US$ they would otherwise receive!

So avoid Sri Lanka and save yourselves a boatload of trouble!
