All about Rabies!

Rabies is a 100% fatal disease that can be contracted from all mammals- and Only mammals. So you can get it from dogs, cats, rodents, bats etc but NOT from birds or insects or snakes.

Once infected the rabies virus will slowly work its way up through the nerves to the brain where it will cause severe encephalitis and then certain death. Its a horrible way to die.

The time between bite and infection to appearance of symptoms after it reaches the brain will depend on where the bite is. If its in a toe or a finger it will take much longer for the symptoms to occur as opposed to if bitten on neck etc because the virus needs to travel a longer path to the brain.

If vaccinated before the occurrence of symptoms (best within 6 days of bite) the vaccine is 100% effective.

Rabies can manifest itself even months or years after the bite. So if you have even the slightest doubt about the slightest scratch from an animal best to get vaccinated.

If bitten or scratched the victim should immediately cleanse the wound for 5 minutes with soap and running water which will reduce the amount of virus in the wound, before going to the hospital.

IMDB Force Awakens User reviews tells the Real story! - SPOILER- Its crap.

99% of IMDB users say the new Star Wars movie is crap- reboot- rehash- rework of A Hew Hope!
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2488496/reviews?ref_=tt_urv

I knew this would happen. JJ and Disney do not have the spine or the creativity needed for something truly New! For that you need God. Lucas.

Hope Disney begs Lucas to come back for the next Episodes at least to write the story.

Here are some of the review headings that really hit home... :(

"It's like when an unknown Chinese manufacturer decided to make a fake iPhone"

"Critical Failure"

"Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo"

"there is no more "the force", only the money..."

"It's shameless plagiarism of the Original Trilogy and other movies/games"

"The force needs to go back to sleep"

"The Force just died...and so did my childhood"

"A New Hope, But Not"

"What a piece of junk"

"So this is how Star Wars dies...with thunderous applause."

Alcoholic Comet- Comet Lovejoy is spewing alcohol across space!

It's named Comet Lovejoy, and the space rock could certainly make some people on Earth joyful: It's pumping out as much alcohol as in 500 bottles of wine every second, according to Nicolas Biver of the Paris Observatory in France.
The discovery marks the first time that ethyl alcohol, the same type in alcoholic beverages, has been observed in a comet.

Backlight bleeding on your new monitor?? Try this!

Make sure you are not using VGA connection. Use DVI or HDMI and most of the bleeding and image issues will disappear.

My new Asus MX279H had a bit of backlight bleeding when using the analogue VGA port. Once I switched to HDMI all gone! No bleeding at all!

If Gandalf can summon the Eagles to do his bidding, why not use them to go to Mordor double quick and chuck the One Ring into Mount Doom? lol. This is like Harry Potter and the Time Turners- if you open that can of worms you need to live with the consequences. lol.

Best natural pre-workout for insane energy and pumps in the gym!

Pre-workout supplemets are the craze these days. But few realize that they do more harm than good.
Most are loaded with caffeine and stimulants from one source or other at very high doses.
Long term this is not good for the heart, and by any chance if you have an undiagnosed heart condition this kinda stimulant intake can suddenly make it worse.

So what's the best natural alternative?
In my experience its none other than Watermelon!
Have 2 slices 1 hour before your workout and feel the natural difference!

Top 5 Foods for Monster Muscle!!!

So you want some serious muscle- but don't have the money for expensive supplements.

Worry not!
Because muscle building is all about the Food- not the supplementation!

For muscle gain (or hypertrophy) you will need to eat primarily high protein foods.

1) Eggs.
Eggs are the perfect protein. 6 grams per egg, 3 grams per egg-white.
The white has only protein while the yolk has all the vitamins and minerals and the cholesterol.

2) Chicken breasts
3) Milk
4) Pineapple
5) Watermelon

And plus do not forget to drink lots of Water- 4 liters a day!
Why? Muscle is 75% water and 25% protein!
So you will needs lots of WATER and PROTEIN for maximum muscle gains.
Also drinking lots of water helps transport all the nutrients into the muscle, helps the kidneys process all that protein and and helps gets rid of toxins and sodium in your body!

Best tip to increase your natural Growth Hormone (HGH) production!

Eat Pineapple before bed!

Pineapple has ingredients which aid the release of Serotonin and Melatonin while you sleep, which in turn stimulate greater HGH secretion.

So have a few slices before bed and wake up and feel the difference!

Here are some other foods that will help maximize HGH and testosterone production!

How to fix a big nose- naturally. No surgery!

So you have a big nose. Maybe its crooked, broken, bent or just naturally big.
So what? Lots of people have big noses. Tom cruise, Harrison Ford, Chris Evans (Captain America), that guy in The Pianist and King Kong, just to name a few.

But if its really bothering you but you don't want to risk or afford surgery here are your best 3 options.

1. Grow your hair long.

This will offset your nose and make your head and proportions feel just right.

2. Do weightlifting!

By lifting weights and eating right not only will your self confidence improve along with your strength and size, but your facial and jaw muscles will harden and develop as well as your muscle in your body. This will widen your face and make your big nose seem just right. So your nose will not feel oversized in comparison to the rest of the body, anymore, because your body has got bigger as well.

3. Wear sunglasses.

Wearing shades such as large Aviators will not only hide most of your nose and the cusps of the sunglasses will actually squeeze the cartilage in the bridge your nose as your wear them and result in a reduction in the thickness of the nose bridge.

Also aviators look best and fit best on a big nose.

David Hall Abeam.com SCAM!

A David Hall claiming to be from Abeam Consulting comes on my Skype one day saying one my clients recommended me to him. Offers me a full time freelancing job at a high hourly rate with a huge contract in PDF form that I had to print-out and sign.

I was really excited cos working full time at that rate would be  a lot of money in the bank.

On the off chance I asked the client who had recommended me about David Hall. And she said she never heard of him. WTF?

I had already signed the hefty contract consisting of 2 large PDF files and given them my bank details and formal photo an all.

I asked David Hall that my client said she does not know you. Client's name was Karen and he had obviously seen her name on the feedback on my oDesk profile. But it mentioned only her first name. So when I asked him what her full name was, he didn't know. He made up a name and said 'Karen Lopez' who I have never heard off, even gave me a phony number in Germany! which I called up to confirm and they never heard of this.

So a lot of alarm bells were ringing.

Just to be sure I called up Abeam's offices in New York to see if their really was a David Hall working there. Guy who picked up the phone said they not but will check and get back. No one did.

90% sure that this was a scam I asked David Hall for his phone number in New York since he claimed his offices were there.

Immediately he disappeared from Skype to never be heard again.

So if I had started working expecting to get paid at the end of the month as the contract had mentioned I would've been scammed out of a month's worth of payment.

This is Skype photo and profile and username-

So please be aware of this scam- it is elaborate and extremely well orchestrated.
Unsure if the company Abeam is involved or just some Indians or Pakistanis using that name to scam people.

Here are more stories of people getting scammed by the same guy-
